The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.

Худший сервис, с которым мне приходилось сталкиваться. До банка невозможно дозвониться — они просто не берут трубку. Звонки могут висеть по 10–20 минут, и в итоге никто так и не отвечает. Складывается ощущение, что телефон у них существует просто для галочки. Когда речь идет о банке, где хранятся деньги клиентов, такое отношение — это полное неуважение и безответственность. Если возникает проблема или срочный вопрос, рассчитывать на помощь просто невозможно. Абсолютно бесполезная поддержка и крайне разочаровывающий уровень сервиса
