The overall and 3-month ratings are smoothed: we add five platform-average ratings to the sum of eligible ratings, then divide by the number of ratings plus five. While the platform has fewer than 100 ratings, the baseline is 3.5. No rating is calculated if there are no ratings.
lavuvat.am and imported reviews have equal weight. Reviews without a 1–5 rating or explicitly excluded by their source are not included in the calculation. The star distribution shows only actual ratings.

The man working in this Bank, got angry at my Mother just because she didn't understand some technical info about the Banking app. Shame on him ! What I am realizing that most male workers are super angry, and rude in Armenia. All men have that aggressive look on their face.

Если говорить о самом офисе - все «дорого и богато», приятный запах, много мест где подождать своей очереди. Очередь электронная. Если говорить о самом банке, то есть вопросы. В первую очередь к тому, что сотрудники банка ни на каком доступном простому смертному уровне не сообщают о причинах, по которым банк отклоняет пришедшие в него для юридического лица деньги. Год работа шла прекрасно, даже подумал, что наговаривают люди на этот банк. Но, ровно через год обслуживания, банк без объяснения причин начал разворачивать все поступающие платежи от контрагентов. 3 месяца не могу добиться информации о причинах такого изменения отношения…. Политика банка - ответ на всех уровнях взаимодействия. В чем она заключается и что случилось «не так», ни один из сотрудников ответить не может.
