Отвратительный банк с абсолютно непрозрачными и, необоснованными комиссиями. За снятие более 99 000 драм в день через собственный банкомат с моего же счёта была удержана немалая комиссия. Нигде с таким абсурдом и подходом ещё не сталкивался. Отдельная история, конвертация при покупке на Amazon. Курс был настолько невыгодным, что в итоге с меня списали еще 17 000 драм просто как конвертацию. Товар стоил 900 долларов Когда банк зарабатывает на каждом шаге - это не банковское обслуживание, а сами понимаете что

САМЫЙ ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ БАНК В ЕРЕВАНЕ🤮 Мало того что кондиционеров там нет , и элементарных сидений для зоны ожидания Я пришла взяла талон , моя процедура была несложная абсолютно, и передо мной в очереди было 3 человека , ты стоишь в эту жару негде сесть стоишь и ждешь , я ждала полтора часа почти , в табло человек уже 10 позвали ,каждый раз когда спрашивала говорили ,что многие сотрудники ушли в отпуск и поэтому так долго , хорошо , а почему меня это должно волновать вообще , и плюс я стояла и все это время наблюдала картинку как сотрудники работали как УЛИТКИ просто , попивали свой кофеек и нихера не хотели работать , когда адиминистратоо подошла к одному из окон после моего вопроса сколкьо мне еще ждать , она подошла к одному из сотрудников и уже просила чтобы приняли клиента ( то есть меня) К слову этот сотрудник уже как тысячу лет был свободен Я прсото в шоке , я ушла со слезами оттуда , мпня не приняли по итогу Просто отвратный банк , никому не рекомендую!!!!!

Единственный адекватный банк в Армении. Классная сотрудница Ашхен помогла открыть банковский счёт, все было очень гладко, понятно, без бюрократии, как в других банках, и бесплатно!

Honestly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Nothing worked from day one. The card didn't work, paying didn't work, withdrawing cash didn't work, sending money didn't work. On top of that, a payment to my foreign account arrived three times due to their own system error. I spent a month trying to sort it out and contacted them at least five times. The team is incompetent and stubborn, and the bank is deeply unprofessional. They also deleted my entire existing transaction history without any warning and now refuse to send it to me, which I seriously doubt is even legal. In the end I sent the money back to the bank, and now, because they took over a month to respond and the exchange rate moved in the meantime, they want me to cover more than 100 USD difference for a delay that was entirely on their side. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, anywhere. Avoid.

Ich war am 01.06.2026 in der Hauptfiliale in Jerewan um ein Konto zu aktualisieren und Debit Cards zu bestellen. Nachdem ich einige der negativen Bewertungen gelesen hatte war ich ziemlich verunsichert und sehr gespannt welcher Service mich erwarten wird. Zu meiner Überraschung war der Service in der Bank erstklassig. Sämtliche Mitarbeiterinnen in der Bank mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren kompetent, freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert. Da ich zuerst einen KYC Prozess durchlaufen musste, der am folgenden Tag bestätigt wurde, konnte ich erst am zweiten Tag Anträge für mein eigentliches Anliegen einreichen. Eine Online Banking App wurde jedoch sofort eingerichtet eingerichtet. Innerhalb von 5 Tagen wurde der gesamte Vorgang bearbeitet und ich hatte neue Debit Karten zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hat die Bankfiliale einen äußerst positiven Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen. Ich spreche hiermit meinen Dank an das Team von Ardshinbank aus, insbesondere an die freundliche Dame vom Empfang.

Отвратительное качество приложения и обслуживания. Регулярно что-то не работает. Пользовался 3 года, терпел -- но уже накипело. В очередной раз не могу вовремя отправить деньги из-за "Технического перевооружения" Ещё пару ситуаций опишу: 1. Из-за таких перевооружений отключали приложение на все выходные, причем не раз. 2. Взял самокат в Тбилиси и мне заблокировали карту, при этом разблокировать можно было только по звонку, но робот автоответчик был сломан (не реагировал на кнопки и крутил по кругу свою программу) или просто отключен по причине нерабочего дня. ===== Из плюсов отмечу приветливость и готовность помочь сотрудников в отделении

We apologize for the inconvenience." What's the reason you can't provide quality banking services? Perhaps your top managers are incompetent and don't know how to manage IT specialists? Or is there corruption, and the money isn't reaching the programmers, so you're employing cheap, incompetent programmers "through connections"? Look at how Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, and others operate. Their upgrades don't affect their clients! Their upgrades happen without their clients' participation! But you say you're a large bank! You don't have the money for good programmers, or you're greedy! Don't you want users to keep their money with you? Well, we won't! You're unreliable!
