Banque à fuir !!! La machine de retrait avale notre carte car elle est étrangère ( française ). Ils ne voulaient pas nous la rendre, même après un mail de notre banque. Personnel très arrogant, aucun professionnalisme. Plus de 5 heures d’attente pour récupéré la carte bancaire alors que le nom est inscrit dessus, qu’on a dis tout les chiffres de la carte bancaire. Ils ont toujours une excuse pour ne pas rendre la carte. Je déconseille à tout le monde mais encore plus aux étrangers. Ils sont incapables de trouver une clé et d’ouvrir le distributeur pour rendre la carte. Je me demande si ce ne sont pas des escrocs.

Si vous êtes des touristes n’allez surtout pas dans cette banque. Je voulais retirer du cash à la machine qui acceptait bien les cartes types « VISA ». Ma carte s’est retrouvée bloquée dans la machine, la conseillère ne voulait pas me redonner ma carte sans un mail de ma banque. Après un mail de ma ba banque et 2 heures d’attente il fallait ensuite vérifier que ce soit une banque authentique. Après presque 3 heures d’attentes ils sont arrivés à simplement ouvrir la machine avec une clé et une autre dame me demande obligatoirement mon passeport malgré le fait que j’ai l’application bancaire, ma carte d’identité, le mail de ma banque. Pendant les 3 heures d’attente la dame aurait pu nous dire que nous avions besoin de notre passeport. Nous avons dû alors prendre un taxi pour prendre le passeport obligé de payer en euro car nous n’avions donc pas de cash. Au total plus de 3h30 d’attentes donc une demi journée de perdu pour notre voyage

Очень плохое обслуживание. Взял электронную очередь пошел туда ждал 2.5 часа а мне сказали что очередь прошло а я каждые пол часа там спрашивал про эту очередь . Потом взял обычную через терминал у меня аннулировали эту очередь. Работники не чем не помогают, только ругаются на то что у них что-то спрашиваешь

NO GO BANK The bank delays each and every request, up to very simplistic ones. They take 5 working days to send a PAID bank account letter. The replies is impolite and uncertain. The procedures are messy and overcomplicated. You have to go back and forth to several brenches or offices to solve any issue. They simply don't care about their client
